New hardcover copies of the Bonne Femme Cookbook have become increasingly hard to find (in fact, they sometimes sell on Amazon for a too-high price). Because the paperback edition (now titled “Everyday French Cooking”) has just been released, no more hardcover copies og the Bonne Femme Cookbook are available from the publisher.

So, how can you get a hardcover copy of the Bonne Femme Cookbook at a reasonable price? Ebay! I’ve put the remaining few I have to sell on Ebay for a reasonable price ($35).
